Qualifications/Details:

  • Chanda and Wes (50 years combined expertise in wine/hospitality/disability) will come into your hospitality business unannounced, and taste and evaluate your wine, hospitality, and how the staff did with disabilility, as Chanda will be in a wheelchair with a service dog
  • Full write-up with suggestions for welcoming, seating, wine service, wine quality with tasting notes and production suggestions, sales quality, facilities, disability hospitality including service dog staff training. Get your tasting room dialed in for safety and to reduce liability
  • Evaluation of wine and food programs and hospitality for all kinds of businesses: restaurant, tasting room, hotels, wine bar, taproom, etc.

Cost:

  • Individual questions via phone or email: $50-$150
  • Full visit, write-up and training session: $1000-$2000 plus expenses
