  • Done more than 200 wine pairing dinners from family restaurants to Michelin Stars
  • 20+ years teaching Wine and Food Pairing (5 class certification program) at Allan Hancock College, Santa Maria Valley, CA
  • Lectured on Food and Wine Pairing, Cal Poly SLO, Cornell, CalTech, ESRI
  • Traveled extensively through France, Italy, Spain and the EU, eating and drinking at the best restaurants and wineries in the world. We know what quality looks and tastes like
